Asia’s leading intellectual property publication Asia IP recently released it’s 2023 list of IP Experts in the region. Frank Liu, Head of Shanghai Pacific Legal and Intellectual Property Partner, was recognised as an “IP Expert” in China. Based on extensive editorial research and feedback from corporate counsels globally, the ranking identifies leading lawyers in the practice across the region. This is the Fourth ranking since 2020 that Asia IP has listed Frank as a top intellectual property practitioner in China.
